Lin Beifong, you’re my hero.Again I’d like to point out how bending helps to shape your identity. It makes you who you are. For her to give up a large part of who she is - as police chief, daughter of the infamous Toph Bei Fong - she was making an even greater sacrifice than we think.
I just… accolades. Accolades for Lin Bei Fong.
This scene just made the whole episode. It showed what was truly being lost for so many people.
